Supernatural Season 11 :Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have spent the last eight years battling the things that go bump in the night. Over the years, and occasionally alongside the fallen angel Castiel (Misha Collins), and the King of Hell, Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard), the Winchesters have straddled the line between good and evil.

Apparently from what I can tell, Rowena is the person lighting the candle at the start. Her painted nails gives this away and from what we can see the Darkness possesses people or poisons them or something since there's people covered in those black veins and people with those veins seem to be attacking Sam and Dean a lot so basically anyone sporting black veins is infected with the Darkness including Sam at one point. I think Sam and Dean get chucked into hell (as in Lucifer level) or something or that scene with Sam and the hooks in his eyelids could be a flashback to when Sam was in the pit or something. However I'm actually pretty stoked for Supernatural Season 11 DVD . It'll probably follow the same format but it looks rather interesting.
